Roofers point of View
Author: mr.lateApr 17
A new generation of young Russian photographers have a different and unexpected way of looking at a city.
In the mini-documentary ‘Roofer’s Point of View’ Vadim Mahorov and Vitaliy Yakhnenko are followed on their exciting journey to terrifying heights, capturing the city from places people would normally avoid.
Not only their adventure in the documentary is frightening but also these pictures from their point of view. Picture number 5, WOW! Are you crazy?

Trawlermen
Author: mr.lateMar 13
Whitby, once a busy fishing port, is now a shadow of its former self. Only 200 people are now employed in fishing, and the fleet is down to just a few boats. Global warming has expanded fish habitats northwards, with fish stocks sometimes disappearing for weeks on end. Boats return from sea with largely empty nets, and the atmosphere is sour.
Often schools of fish then reappear unpredictably, resulting in bumper catches and causing much jubilation – but then E.U. quotas kick in and force fishermen to dump excess catch in the sea to avoid hefty E.U. fines.
Being a trawlerman always was a hard life, but in 2013 that life has become that little bit harder still.

The Shamrock Shake Challenge
Author: mr.lateMar 18

For St. Patrick’s Day this year, I was trying to drink one gallon of McDonald’s Shamrock Shakes. Yes, one gallon. 128 fluid ounces. In one sitting. Why? Well, besides the obvious wiseass retort of “Why not?”(usually good enough for me) there’s also the burning urge to refute the stereotype that we Irish are all about alcohol.
I’m here to prove once and for all that we can binge drink anything, not just booze.

Super Bowl XLVI: Giants vs Patriots
Author: mr.lateFeb 6
That’s the Super Bowl over and done with for another year. Super Bowl XLVI is the crescendo of the National Football League season and is the biggest single day sporting event in the North American calendar. After months of banging heads, catching pig skins and time outs it came down to the New York Giants and the New England Patriots to decide who would take home the Vince Lombardi Trophy. In the end the New York Giants won by 4 points. Oh, and some woman named Madonna give away a whirlwind halftime show without singing a note live.

The Halloween review part 1-Halloween Around the World
Author: mr.lateNov 2

Halloween (or Hallowe’en) is an annual holiday observed on October 31, primarily in Ireland, Scotland, Canada and the United States. It has roots in the Celtic festival of Samhain and the Christian holiday All Saints’ Day, but is today largely a secular celebration. Says Wikipedia, but Halloween is no longer confined to the above mentioned Anglo Saxon countries. Halloween has spread it’s bat wings across the globe like Valentine’s Day has. From the United States of Trick or Treat to China, scary masks and funky costumes are the norm on Halloween.
What if your wife was a Pornstar

It’s a Wednesday night in late May, and Ryder Sky and her husband, Bill, are celebrating their third anniversary. They keep it simple and order in pizza. The next morning, Sky heads to work at a boxy, modern house in the San Fernando Valley, in Los Angeles. Before long, backdropped by a floor-to-ceiling window, she lowers her mouth onto the erect penis of a sideburned actor who calls himself James Deen.
Drug Wars and other great links
Author: mr.lateOct 28
Drugs are big business and big business means big money means stiff competition. In a normal industry you’d simply try to beat the competition by making a better product or by building a good brand. In the drugs business you simply try to do away with the competition by killing them. Pablo Escobar did it and the Mexican drug gangs have been at it a while too. This year alone thousands of people have been killed in Mexico due to the drug wars and the town of Ciudad Juarez is often the battlefield. As long as the demand is there the supply will keep on coming and death, destruction and wealth with it. GRAPHIC CONTENT.
