Heineken ran a pretty coll competition recently for artists to design their own bottle inspired by their city.
The winning designs on the bottle were then put onto a wall in their city.
These videos features Cork winner Paul Delaney’s winning design coming to life on Cork city’s Oliver Plunkett Street and the Dublin competition winner James Earley shareing his inspiration for the design and some good stuff of the wall getting painted itself on Drury Street.
The world may be on high alert for airline attacks, but that didn’t stop a consignment of plastic explosives being smuggled into Ireland, by accident.
As part of a training exercise, Slovakian police hid explosives in unsuspecting travellers’ luggage at the country’s main airport.
They found most of it, but a batch of explosives still managed to end up on a Dublin-bound Danube Wings plane, leading to a police raid and the temporary arrest of an unwitting smuggler.
